Is there an extra charge for delivery?

 

Delivery is included within a 200 mile radius, blocking and leveling are no extra charge with the purchase of every Best Buy Home. You will not find any hidden costs or extra charges when your new home arrives.

 

How are the homes constructed?

 

Each home is constructed completely indoors in a controlled environment. Inspections during each step of construction provide optimum quality assurance. Each home is constructed to the national CSA building Code A277 or Z240.

 

Are options available?

 

There are a number of options available for you to choose from when selecting your new home. Everything from block windows to fire places and two person jetted tubs can be added to your home to give it that personal touch.

Can I finance my own home?

 

We can arrange financing for your new home. Our dedicated fiance department searches all major banks and finance companies to get you the best rate and terms for up to 25 years.

 

What sales taxes apply?

 

GST applies to all new home sales at the rate of 6%. A rebate of 36% of the GST is applied for by either the customer or the retailer. If you chose to have the retailer make an application for the rebate, it can be applied directly to your bill of sale. Manitoba Customers are also required to pay PST at a rate of 4%.
